Denise was born on July 18th, 1973 in Doylestown Hospital.  Denise's father is John Edward Fornara and her mother is Ruth Jean Laub.  Her paternal grandparents were Silvio John Fornara and Charlotte Agnes Trill; her maternal grandparents were Vernon Edwin Laub and Ruth Jean Hollahan.  She has four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Nicholas, Anthony, John, William, Nicole, Rachel, Lisa, Cynthia, Kimberly and Carole.
