Charlotte was born on August 13th, 1916.  Charlotte's father was Trill and her mother was Unknown.  She was the oldest of three children.  She had two sisters named Evelyn and Agnes.  She died from cancer at the age of 37 on November 21st, 1953.  Her body disposition is not known in Long Island National Cemetery.
