Elizabeth "Betty" was born on April 5th, 1913.  Elizabeth "Betty"'s father was Giovanni Fornara and her mother was Amelia Bassetti.  Her paternal grandparents were Carlo Fornara and Elisabetta Aghina; her maternal grandparents were Guiseppi Bassetti and Carolina Tamagni (wrong name?).  She was the second of six children.  She had a brother and four sisters, named Silvio, Margaret, Eleanora, Josephine "Jose" and Serafina.  She died from cancer at the age of 87 on July 28th, 2000.
