Annie was born in December 1879 in West Bromwich, Stafford. Annie's father was Robert LONG and her mother was Sarah PEARCE.  Her paternal grandmother was Elizabeth LONG; her maternal grandparents were Samuel PEARCE and Ann TROWE. She had six brothers and five sisters, named George, William, Robert, William, John, Charles, Elizabeth, Sarah, Alice, Harriett and Annie.  She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She had a half-sister named Sarah.  She died  due to Pneumonia at the age of 2 on April 7th, 1882 in 57 Lyndon, West Bromwich, Stafford.
