Frederick was born on January 30th, 1897 in Nuneaton, Warwickshire and his baptism took place on March 14th, 1897 in St.Pauls Church, Stockingford, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.1   Frederick's father was William COOK(E) and his mother was Elizabeth ROBINSON.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas COOK(E) and Mary Ann COPE; his maternal grandmother was Mary Ann ROBINSON. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Bertie, Herbert and Edith.  He was the second youngest of the five children.  He died at the age of 94 on November 14th, 1991 in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
