Thomas was born in 1843 in Cubbington, Nr.Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Birth Notes

Thomas' father was Joseph COOK(E) and his mother was Ann AMOS. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, William, James, Ellen, Jane and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died due to Accidental death at the age of 32 on January 25th, 1875 in Marston Jabbett, Bulkington, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
