Her paternal grandfather was Robert William Reid and her paternal grandmother is Mary More; her maternal grandparents were Jesse Twist and Hannah Rothwell. She had six brothers named William, Hugh, Robert, Richard, Arthur and Fred. She died at the age of 96 on December 27th, 1974 in Hilary House, Albury, New South Wales, Australia.-
