Dorothy, known as Dot, was born on October 23rd, 1949.  Dot's father was Willy Pete Smith and her mother is Blanche Berry.  Her paternal grandparents were Cleophus (R-Cliff) Smith and Beatrice Corpatts`; her maternal grandparents were Elbert Berry and unk. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Willie, Perry, Jay, Cleophaus, Buck, Sterling, Lee, Blane, Willa, Louise, Minerva, Christine, Alice and Patricia. She had a half-brother named Mattie.  She died at the age of 41 on October 7th, 1991.
