Thomas was born on November 14th, 1726 in St Johns Parish, Prince George's, Maryland, USA.  Thomas' father was William Webster and his mother was Jane Elizabeth Gibbs.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Webster and Winifred (Webster). He had four brothers and six sisters, named William, John, Philip, James, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary, Jane and Eleanor.  He died at the age of 70 on November 7th, 1797 in St Johns Parish, Prince George's, Maryland, USA.
