Joseph was born on July 11th, 1722.  Joseph's father was Michel Vincent and his mother was Anne Marie Doiron. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Jean, Charles, Anne, Madeleine, Jeanne, Marguerite, Anne and Josette.  He was the sixth oldest of the nine children.
