Rene Blanchard

Rene was born about 1613 in Port Royal, Richmond, Nova Scotia. Rene's father was Guillaume Blanchard and his mother was Huguette Poirier. His maternal grandparents were Unknown Poirier and Unknown Poirier. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Jean, Guillaume, Antoine, Charles, Martin, Marie, Anne, Jeanne and Madeleine. He was the third oldest of the ten children.
