Louise was born on April 17th, 1857 in Bischwiller, Bas-Rhin, France.1  Louise's father was Jacques Scherding and her mother was Elisabeth Hickel.  Her paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had a brother and four sisters, named Jacques, Julie, Madelaine, Marie and Frederique.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died at 3 months old on July 17th, 1857 in Bischwiller, Bas-Rhin, France.1
