McKenzie Catherine

Catherine was born on October 18th, 1881 in Tapanui, West Otago, New Zealand. Catherine's father was Alexander Finlay McKenzie and her mother was Elizabeth Ann McFarlane. Her paternal grandparents were Angus MacKenzie and Ann Gillies. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named Angus, William, John, Alexander, Donald, David, Murdock, Murdo, Elizabeth, Marion, Jessie, Isabella and Flora. She was the seventh oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 51 on November 5th, 1932 in Manuherikai, Central Otago, New Zealand.
