Catherine Campbell 
Catherine was born in July 1843 in Barvas, Ross & Cromarty, Scotland and her baptism took place on July 30th, 1843 in North Dell, Barvas, Isle of Lewis, Scotland.1 Catherine's father was Angus Campbell and her mother was Mary MacKay. Her paternal grandparents were John Campbell and Catherine MacLeod; her maternal grandparents were Angus McKay and Rachael McAskill. She had four brothers and a sister, named Alexander, Malcolm, John, Donald and Ann. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 34 on August 9th, 1877 in North Dell, Barvas, Ross & Cromarty, Scotland.2 General Notes
