Hendrik van Boutershem 
Hendrik was born in 1246 in Boutersem, Brabant, Belgium.1 Hendrik's father was Hendrik van Boutershem and his mother was girl van Berthout. His maternal grandparents were Walther van Berthout and Sophia von Looz. He was an only child. He died at the age of 48 on January 16th, 1294.1 General Notes
