Her paternal grandparents were Holy Roman Emperor Lothair Roman I and Countess Ermengarde de Tours; her maternal grandparents were Count Liudolf (The Great) of East Saxony and Hedwige of Friuli. She had a sister named Gisela. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 61 on March 8th, 0924 in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.1 -
