Henry Browning Will of Henry Browning Know all Men by these presents that I Henry Browning of the County of Henry and state of Kentucky being weak in bodily health but of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last Will revoking all others. I will and bequeath to my son Calep Browning, one hundred and thirty five acres of land beginning in Watkins or Ransdells line and running through to ? also if my bay should bring and raise a colt this year he is to have it and the proceeds of one half of the sale of the waggon also one half of the flock of sheep, I will to my son Benjamin F. Browning the balance of my farm say forty acres more or less, I will to my grandson, John H. Browning one bay filly three years old this spring also to my Granddaughter Lucy Jane Estes one black horse colt two years old this spring. I will to my son John Browning fifty dollars to be paid twelve months after my death in addition to forty acres of land that I have heretofore given him in his farm where he now lives. I will to my daughter in law Mary Browning and her two youngest children fifty dollars and also forty acres of land, which I have heretofore given her, which land all of her children to have a part in. I will that all of my personal property after my death shall be sold on twelve months credit by my son Benjamin F. Browning who I appoint as my executor and the proceeds disposed of as follows, after paying my funeral expenses and all my just debts, I will to my grand son Benjamin Olds one hundred dollars, also my son in law Micaja Olds five dollars, also to my grand son Harrison Browning, five dollars. If there should be any money left after complying with the above items it is my wish it should be divided among my children, John, Mary, Calep and B. F. Browning.
