Joel Tyne COOPER 
Joel Tyne was born on February 3rd, 1930 in Kentucky. Joel Tyne's father was Marshall Wade COOPER Sr. and his mother was Martha Belle McKINNEY. His paternal grandparents were Marshall COOPER and Mary Frances BROWNING. He had three brothers and four sisters, named McKinney Francis, Van Larue, Marshall Wade, Martha Annette, Mary Sue, Elizabeth Wade and Shirley Jean. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 59 on July 25th, 1989 in Kentucky.-
