Charles BROWNING

Charles was born on October 1st, 1806 in Culpeper Co., VA.. Charles' father was Nicholas BROWNING and his mother was Lucy BROWNING. His maternal grandparents were William Lloyd BROWNING Sr. and Milly (Milly). He had four brothers and five sisters, named William H., Thomas, James A., Jackson R., Elizabeth, Cassandra, Mildred J., Anne Lucy and Tabitha R.. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
