Eleanor de Burgh 
Eleanor was born in 1282 in Belfast, Ireland.1 Eleanor's father was 2nd Earl of Ulster Richard (The Red) de Burgh and her mother was Margaret de Guines. Her paternal grandparents were 1st Earl of Ulster Walter de Burgh and Avelline Fitzgeoffrey; her maternal grandparents were Count Arnould de Guines III and Alice de Coucy. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Walter, John, Thomas, Edmund, Avelina, Matilda, Elizabeth, Catherine and Joan. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 43 in 1325.2 -
