Mary Elizabeth 'Mollie Bet' was born on June 10th, 1858 in Timberlake, Person Co, NC and her baptism took place in Census 1900. Mary Elizabeth 'Mollie Bet''s father was Thomas 'Tom' Yarbrough and her mother was Sarah Ann Rhew. Her maternal grandparents were John Ruffin Rhew and Susan Roberts. She had two brothers and a sister, named Judson 'Jordan' T., James Ruffin and Susan Margaret. She was the second youngest of the four children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Archie, David Samuel, Sarah Frances and Katherine Lewis. She died at the age of 71 on June 11th, 1929 in Flat River, Person Co, NC. She was buried on June 12th, 1929 in Painter Family Cemetery, Person Co, NC.General Notes
