Rufus Elvin (Ruff) Williams 
Rufus Elvin, known as Ruff, was born on July 1st, 1884 in Tennessee, USA. Ruff's father was William Henry Harrison Williams and his mother was Mary E Goldsby. His maternal grandparents were Elias Akin Goldsby and Margaret B McDonald. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jonse, William Alonzo, Maggie and Ruth Alvin. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 80 on December 11th, 1964 in Bloomfield, Stoddard Co, Missouri, USA.General Notes
