Cecile Virginia was born on November 16th, 1912 in Person Co, NC. Cecile Virginia's father was Samuel Daniel Wilkins and her mother was Lonie Katie Painter. Her maternal grandparents were William 'Bill' J. Painter and Mary Elizabeth 'Mollie Bet' Yarbrough. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named William Leonard, Garland Bradsher, Samuel Daniel, Addie Mae, Odell Thelma, Gladys Ruth, Kate Margaret, Rachel Love, Kathryn Lorine, Ola Frances and Clara Garnell. She died at the age of 95 on March 12th, 2008 in Person Co, NC.General Notes
