James Marion Tilley 
James Marion was born on July 9th, 1898 in Chapel Hill, Orange Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1900. James Marion's father was Henry Adolphus Tilley and his mother was Mary Josephine Lloyd. His paternal grandparents were James Tilley and Temperance Roberts. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Frank Paul, Walter B., Henry, Belle H., Dora P. and Katie L.. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Lorena Elizabeth and Cora Edna. He died at the age of 90 on February 27th, 1989 in Durham, Durham Co, NC.General Notes
