Fred Lancer Steakley 
Fred Lancer was born on August 24th, 1922 in Van Buren Co, TN. Fred Lancer's father was John C. Steakley and his mother was Mary Lou Sapp. His maternal grandparents were William Collins Sapp and Hettie Jane Simmons. He had a brother named John C.. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 45 in November 1967.General Notes
