Virginia Ann Skaggs 
Virginia Ann was born on September 9th, 1859 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Virginia Ann's father was Henry David Skaggs and her mother was Ruth S. Salsman. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Skaggs and Rhoda Warren. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert Joseph, Lewis Young, Betty Alice, Mary Alice, Rhoda Ellen, Louisa Catherine and Emily Susan. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 1 in 1860.1 General Notes
