Henry Skaggs 
Henry was born in 1759. Henry's father was James Skaggs and his mother was Mary. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Susannah Moredock. He had three brothers and a sister, named Squire, Stephen, James and Rachel. He was the second oldest of the five children.General Notes
