Lulu Alice Skaggs

Lulu Alice was born on January 23rd, 1888.¹ Lulu Alice's father was Beverly L. Skaggs and her mother was Mary Francis DeSpain. Her paternal grandparents were William L. Skaggs and Mary Johnson. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William H., James Elmer, John Brown Young, Henry D., Charles F., Everett F., Rosa L., Bessie E. and Bettie E.. She was the oldest of the ten children.
