Bessie E. Skaggs 
Bessie E. was born on January 30th, 1904.1 Bessie E.'s father was Beverly L. Skaggs and her mother was Mary Francis DeSpain. Her paternal grandparents were William L. Skaggs and Mary Johnson. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William H., James Elmer, John Brown Young, Henry D., Charles F., Everett F., Lulu Alice, Rosa L. and Bettie E.. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 1 on May 24th, 1905 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
