Maude Elizabeth was born on February 17th, 1889 in Woodlake, Tulare County, California, USA.1 Maude Elizabeth's father was William Nathan Shipley and her mother was Nancy Alice Ragle. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Shipley and Mary Sharp Lester. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Nathan William, Clifford Thomas, Charles Edgar, Clara M., Florence Virginia, Minnie Geneva, Hazel Alice and Lenore Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 89 on July 6th, 1978 in Woodlake, Tulare County, California, USA.1 -
