James Estel Scarbrough 
James Estel was born on December 28th, 1917 in Cumberland Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1920. James Estel's father was William Charles Scarbrough and his mother was Martha 'Mattie' Emaline Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. He had a brother and three sisters, named Charles Edward, Lelah I., Gladys M. and Stella M.. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 61 on December 31st, 1978 in OH. He was buried in Miami Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Franklin Co, OH.General Notes
