Charles Edward Scarbrough 
Charles Edward was born on October 10th, 1922 in Cumberland Co, TN and his baptism took place in Military. Charles Edward's father was William Charles Scarbrough and his mother was Martha 'Mattie' Emaline Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. He had a brother and three sisters, named James Estel, Lelah I., Gladys M. and Stella M.. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 21 on May 23rd, 1944.General Notes
