William Salsman 
William was born on June 20th, 1888 in New Albany, Indiana.1 William's father was Jefferson Salsman and his mother was Betty Ann Salsman. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Salsman and Hannah Skaggs. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Emmett, Fredrick, Edward, Robert Earl, Arthur, Elmer, Emma, Lula, Ethel and Elnora. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 69 on September 15th, 1957 in New Albany, Indiana. He was buried in Fairview Cemetery, New Albany, Indiana.1 1 General Notes
