Pleasant C. SKAGGS

Pleasant C. was born in March 1886. Pleasant C.'s father was Benjamin Owen SKAGGS and his mother was Mary E. [SKAGGS]. His paternal grandparents were John C. SKAGGS and Lucinda SHOFNER. He had three brothers and a sister, named Richard C., James B., Samuel and Catherine H.. He was the oldest of the five children.
