Willie Roberts 
Willie was born in 1821 in Orange Co, NC.1 Willie's father was Mark William Roberts and his mother was Lucretia Christina Parish. His paternal grandparents were John Roberts and Elizabeth Jones. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Wesley, Mark William, Robert R., Woodson, Polly, Betsy, Nancy and Sally. He was the second youngest of the nine children.1 General Notes
