Richard Polk Roberts Jr. 
Richard Polk was born on January 5th, 1887 in GA. Richard Polk's father was Richard Polk Roberts and his mother was Mary Leola Sewell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Roberts and Arrena Wortha Hopper. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Thomas Alton, Hansel Early, William Earnest, Paul William, Samuel Watson, John Barnes, Myrtle Ellen and Lena May.
