Richard Alexander Roberts 
Richard Alexander was born on April 26th, 1827 in Carter Co, TN. Richard Alexander's father was Jacob Roberts and his mother was Nancy Uranea Robinson. His paternal grandparents were William Roberts and Lucy Jane Umstead. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John Mason, Aaron, Jacob Baldwin, Thomas Flannery, Mary Polly, Elizabeth and Lydia Louisa. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 83 on December 10th, 1910 in Johnson Co, TN.General Notes
