Oliver Benton Roberts Jr. 
Oliver Benton was born on February 17th, 1921 in Rockingham Co, NC. Oliver Benton's father was Oliver Benton Roberts and his mother was Myrtle Lee Motley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Walker Roberts and Henrietta Clay Ellington. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Otis Ellsworth, Thomas W., Ruby L. and Shirley Ann. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 75 on December 26th, 1996 in Caswell Co, NC. He was buried in Mount Herman Baptist Church Cemetery, Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
