Josephine Roberts 
Josephine was born in September 1898 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Josephine's father was Ralph R. Roberts and her mother was Patricia 'Pattie' Lindsey. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Roberts and Lutisha T. Hopper. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Lindsay, Jon, Ralph, Rodger, Kate and Bessie. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.1 General Notes
