Jessie Roberts 
Jessie was born on January 4th, 1899 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Jessie's father was Charles S. Roberts and her mother was Ida May Patterson. Her paternal grandparents were Nebuchanezer Roberts and Mary A. Floyd. She had two brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Clarence, Wilford Lensey, Cecil, Hallie, Edna, Elizabeth and Unknown. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 86 on October 20th, 1985 in Martinsville, Martinsville City, VA.General Notes
