Cecil Penn Roberts 
Cecil Penn was born on November 18th, 1920 in Rockingham Co, NC. Cecil Penn's father was Zeb and his mother was Nora Lee Dye. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mike Roberts and Martha Jane Bailey. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Clarence Charlie, J. D., Claudia Mae and Carrie Bell. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 68 on July 21st, 1989 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co, NC.General Notes
