William Frank Plumlee 
William Frank was born on May 7th, 1866 in Berryville, Carroll Co, AR. William Frank's father was William Plumlee and his mother was Mary Polly Standlee. His paternal grandparents were Joel Plumlee Sr. and Rachel Simmons. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Joel Marion, Infant, Abraham Lincoln, James Isaac, John A., Cyrus Denton, Nancy Ann, Mary Rachel, Martha Alice and Statia Elizabeth. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 60 on March 7th, 1927 in Berryville, Carroll Co, AR.General Notes
