Joel Marion Plumlee 
Joel Marion was born on January 21st, 1847 in Carroll Co, AR. Joel Marion's father was William Plumlee and his mother was Mary Polly Standlee. His paternal grandparents were Joel Plumlee Sr. and Rachel Simmons. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Infant, Abraham Lincoln, William Frank, James Isaac, John A., Cyrus Denton, Nancy Ann, Mary Rachel, Martha Alice and Statia Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 25 on December 2nd, 1872 in Carroll Co, AR.General Notes
