Otis Robert was born on October 8th, 1930 in Rockingham Co, NC. Otis Robert's father was Henry Edgar McCollum and his mother was Hattie Jane Roberts. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Lee McCollum and Nora Ellizabeth Knight; his maternal grandparents were Tony John Roberts and Mary Ida Williams. He had two brothers and a sister, named Jesse Fountain, Henry Edgar and Marguerite Lane. He died at the age of 67 on December 2nd, 1997 in Chevy Chase, Montgomery Co, MD.General Notes
