Carrie Kern 
Carrie was born on April 4th, 1889 in Franklin Co, IL.1 Carrie's father was Gettis Montgomery Berryhill Kern and her mother was Nancy 'Nannie' Lydie Turner. Her maternal grandparents were Monroe L. Turner and Martha Leah Grant. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Clifford D., James Arthur, William, Samuel Jones, Omer D., William Glenn, Pearly May, Nellie L., Ivy R., Ruby Furman and Lottie Marie. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.General Notes
