Lydia Hopper 
Lydia was born in 1848 in NC. Lydia's father was Samuel S. Hopper and her mother was Julia A. Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were Ellis Roberts and Lydia Strong. She had three brothers named Adolphus, Samuel and James Terrell. She was the second oldest of the four children.General Notes
