John Willie was born on March 5th, 1936 in Rockingham Co, NC. John Willie's father was John Willie Hill and his mother was Rachel Ann Tucker. His paternal grandparents were James Dutch Roberts and Sarah Elizabeth 'Bettie' Hill. He had two half-brothers named Curtis Moir and John Franklin.
