James Delmont Higgs 
James Delmont was born on November 7th, 1914 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. James Delmont's father was Robert Emmitt Higgs and his mother was Ethel Neighbors. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Emmett Wayne, Dalton Earl, Gary Leon, Nella Deane, Elizabeth Mary and Virginia Lee. He died at the age of 73 on April 4th, 1988 in Muhlenberg Co, KY.General Notes
