Elizabeth Mary was born on August 7th, 1919 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. Elizabeth Mary's father was Robert Emmitt Higgs and her mother was Ethel Neighbors. Her paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James Delmont, Emmett Wayne, Dalton Earl, Gary Leon, Nella Deane and Virginia Lee.General Notes
