Emmett Wayne Higgs 
Emmett Wayne was born on March 27th, 1924 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. Emmett Wayne's father was Robert Emmitt Higgs and his mother was Ethel Neighbors. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Delmont, Dalton Earl, Gary Leon, Nella Deane, Elizabeth Mary and Virginia Lee. He died at the age of 61 in July 1985 in Baskett, Henderson Co, KY.General Notes
